Cepage – Grenache (50%) Syrah (25%) Carignan (25%)

Tasting notes – Strong ruby red hue. Aromatic and rich with black fruit on the nose (blackberry and plum) Good concentration, broad and solid with lovely length on the palate.

Serving & Pairing – 16-17°C, serve directly, ideally with grills or cow’s cheese.
