Zero Dosage Topaze – Pinot Noir (40%), Pinot Meunier (40%) Chardonnay (20%)

NV – 2008 (30%) 2009 (70%) and bottled in 2010.

Dosage of < 3g/l, minimum 3 years on lees bottle ageing. Extra dry with green apple and white peach notes.
