Fleurieu, South Australia.
Wild ferment in new and old French oak. Extended time on lees.
Tasting notes – Stonefruit, kiwi and grapefruit notes on the nose. hazelnut, vanilla and a hint of flint. Balanced oak and butter, complex and textural.
Serving & Pairing – 15 degrees.
