Tasting notes – Aromas of black cherries, cranberries and red fruits with hints of aniseed and lively cinnamon spice rounding out the bouquet. The palate is rich and luscious, bursting with fresh plums, cranberries and an overlay of dark chocolate and black forest cake.
Serving & Pairing – This wine is best served as an aperitif or alternatively would perfectly accompany an assortment of lamb shanks, braised venison or any game meat.
