Varieties treated separately then blended. 75% whole bunching. 50% old French oak, 50% stainless. Wild ferments.
Unfiltered & Unfined. Minimal sulphites added. Vegan Friendly.
Tasting notes – Plums, violets, blakcberries, cherries with hints of oregano.
Serving & Pairing – Cold with chicken or duck.
